Dirty everywhere (even on salon accessories like hair dryer, comb), weed smell in the room. The lady dropped the scissors on the floor and then continued to use it, 0 professionalism. Except this part part (when she dropped constantly things on the dity floor and that made me wash my hair after), it was a good trim haircut . Still i'm sad this was the first beauty salon I have been to in London.
