The lady who blow dried my hair was amazing! She got my hair super straight and was friendly and accommodating. Unfortunately though on their treatwell page a wash and blow dry was £25 which I chose. While a wash, blow dry and style was £30. Also stated on their treatwell page it said to add style to it, it's an extra £10. So there was conflicting information. When I went in there I asked to add a style and a friendly lady (not the one who did my hair) told me that due to the thickness of my hair it will cost an extra £20. I explained what it said on their treatwell page and she said "obviously I can't see the thickness of your hair through treatwell". I was shocked because why put those prices on there if they don't actually reflect your real prices. It felt like I was being ripped off so for that reason I will not be returning. It's a shame because the lady who did my hair was amazing!
Blow Dry
A simple haircut took 90mins and I had to pay an extra £15 which I wasn't told until 30mins in.
I understand this was because the pricing was wrong on Treatwell, but I didn't expect that to have to be the customer's problem.
Don't think I'll be going back.
