Despite the inconvenience of having my appointment rescheduled for the next day half an hour after the appointed time on the day🙄 I'm gald I gave the salon the benefit of the doubt and kept the appointment!
I recieved a great service and very impressed by the skill and swift delivery of it! I really have a lot of appreciation for the stylist Whitney who did my hair.

My stylist Lee was very good and I will definitely come back. The reason for the lower ratings is due to the hygiene and lack of products. The salon did not have protective products to use on locs so my stylist put mouse on my hair. This is the first time I've had this and it left my hair feeling sticky/greasy for several days. I also had to clean the area where customers rest their bags as mine was dirty and there was hair on the floor in the main area and also the washing area.

I wish I could share a picture of how uneven my hair is after the cut. Literally two inches longer on one side. Yes, all the split ends are gone now, but I would have done the same disaster to myself at home for free.
