I visited this salon for a braided ponytail and booked through Treatwell. Despite following the instructions to come with washed and blow-dried hair, the stylist said I should have had it straightened and charged an extra £20. Wanting to avoid the hassle on my 30th birthday, I agreed. While the straightening was fine, the ponytail was basic, with my hair sticking out and the braid unraveling within hours. I ended up switching to a wig and won’t be returning due to the poor experience.
