Sinead is an exceptional hairstylist. Understands 4c curls & treats them with respect. Opted for my natural hair to be trimmed before Unit is layyyyed 🤌🏿🤌🏿 & styled beautifully. Will be back for more touch up styles as I love salon fresh look. Best place In London. Thank you as always!

Customer service was okay at the beginning - the ladies in the salon were nice however, I did not get the desired hair result or the support following it. I came in for a bleach and tone - it was definitely bleached, and extremely patchy, over processed and damaged! I was never shown the back of my hair in the salon and was rushed out once I had paid. I had asked for support in receiving a refund, as I had to get corrective work done, was responded to once and never again.
