Customer service was okay at the beginning - the ladies in the salon were nice however, I did not get the desired hair result or the support following it. I came in for a bleach and tone - it was definitely bleached, and extremely patchy, over processed and damaged! I was never shown the back of my hair in the salon and was rushed out once I had paid. I had asked for support in receiving a refund, as I had to get corrective work done, was responded to once and never again.
