Started of well as I originally got my appt mixed up, they agreed to see me and then it was downhill from there.Krystal lovely lady but you could tell she was inexperienced, kept asking the other lady what to do. Braided my hair so tight when raised she said dont worry this is for the front and back so they could secure weave as my hair was short there.No blow out which meant when she combed my hair it was painful and corse, braids were so painful.Burnt my head with the hot comb, took hair out!

I had an amazing experience with Sinead ,she’s really good at what she does! From the moment I sat in her chair, she made me feel completely at ease. Her attention to detail and her ability to really listen to what I wanted made such a difference. I left feeling like a new woman!
