I had an appointment at 12pm and finished around 3pm. The service was excellent from start to finish. Everyone was so friendly, welcoming, and professional. What stood out most was how the staff genuinely seemed like family to one another it created such a warm, positive atmosphere and was lovely to see. Overall, a great experience, and I would happily recommend them.

it was Quite unprofessional, not very hijabi friendly either. my whole session was pretty rushed at one point they even forgot to wash the conditioner of my hair because the stylist was ‘tired’. Also when i was getting my hair straightened she seemed very distracted and kept burning my scalp. definitely not worth the price at all. The outcome of my hair was nice but the experience was not. Would not recommend.

Absolutely amazing experience at Lush London! Whitney did my cornrow braids and was incredible as usual. She worked so quickly, listened to exactly the style I wanted and exceeded my expectations creating a work of art. She was professional, funny and made the whole appointment such a joy.
A huge shout-out to Whitney and Sinead both are absolute legends and so talented. I couldn't be happier with my hair and can't wait to come back!
