This was my first time at Lush! They were so accommodating when I asked to change my appointment to an earlier time. This along with the fantastic care that they took in washing and blow drying my hair made me excited to book my next appointment!
I visited this salon for a silk press with Whitney. The result was good, but the experience was super bad. I emailed to reschedule but got no response. On the day, I was delayed due to train disruptions and let them know I’d be 10 minutes late. No reply. When I called at 11:10, I was told I had to pay a £20 late fee on a £55 service, despite no mention of this policy anywhere. The stylist then delayed further, unsure if she’d still take me. Bad communication and hidden fees. Go elsewhere.
