The two star rating for Whitney was solely because she was so lovely, but the 1 star for the treatment itself. My hair had to be washed twice because first time there was still build up I had to point out. The silk press itself was not a silk press, my hair was frizzy immediately. The blow dry technique was also the worst I have ever had. Maybe a bad day, but bad enough I won’t be returning. Plus a woman was waiting over 90 minutes for her stylist (the owner) to show up.. unprofessional
