This was a massive let down on my experience in lush and the customer service skills was very strange- how could the stylist stop my hair halfway and start doing someone else’s hair even though that person never had a booking and just walked in the salon and asked if they could get there hair done? The stylist should of told the person to come back after my appointment was done but instead the stylist decided to stop my hair even though I had a booked appointment and start someone else’s hair.
Ladies' Hair Conditioning and Scalp Treatments
My appointment was at 10am the stylist came strolling in at 10:15. I attempted to call the number no one answered. If this was the other way round my appointment would of most likely been cancelled. The stylist started working on my hair and stopped halfway during my appointment to complete a walk-in booking. After sitting in the chair for about 30 minutes I informed the stylist if she could finish my hair as I did not anticipate to be in the salon for more than 2 hours (ended up leaving around 12:15pm. The website indicates that my appointment would of taken an hour maximum. The stylist finished my hair but it makes me wonder if I never said anything how long would I have been sitting in the chair waiting.•almost 3 years agoReport
