Made me wait and hour before seeing me and completely ruined my relaxer. My hair literally fell out and was told that the relaxer “didn’t take” even though it was obvious that the stylist didn’t know how to relax. DO NOT GO HERE FOR A RELAXER.

First time visiting this salon and I went with my hair in a bit of a state with a lot of hair loss, however I was made to feel welcome and left with a lovely haircut and healthier looking hair, which in turn made me feel and look a lot better than I went in!!
