The hair itself was fine, I couldn’t do my original appointment so just got a wash, blow dry, trim and straighten. I was quoted a price on this which was cheaper than what I originally paid for. I emailed and tried to get a refund for the last month, no response. I called, they stated that they actually undercharged me for the service. Apparently because I have Afro hair, my hair is more expensive than Caucasian hair. Something I wouldn’t expect from a black owned salon.

This is a lovely salon, bright airey and in a lovely location just down the road from south ealing station. The reason I've not given it 5stars is that we had to wait quite a while due to the absence of two members of staff. I would go here again. Danielle could not have been more apologetic and the styles I did see looked fantastic.
