I had eyebrow wax and tint, lower facial wax and underarm wax. I was led to a basement room which was clean but the stairway down to it has no rail, is quite steep and has no floor covering. Carolina was very personable but unfortunately ripped skin off on both my brows, but very badly on the left one (which she did first) and which took four days to heal after scabbing over. She kept trying to tell me it was just red but it was ripped skin. My skin was first tingling then burning - she applied aloe, petroleum jelly and then when I went upstairs before leaving I was given some iced cotton wool- needless to say I won’t be back for this service.
As I say Carolina was friendly but I think she must have seen my skin on the strip but continued waxing anyway, after asking me if my skin was sensitive. Of course my experience and may not be yours.
My underarm wax and lower facial was fine with no problems. I asked Carolina to use a different wax and she did a good job on those areas.

Vaneita was a super masseuse. She was very focused on addressing areas of tension and relieving these. Really professional and I would highly recommend.

I’ve gotten 0.5 lip fillers and lash extensions @ lushupcosmetics and the service is amazing as well of the quality of their work. Staff are all lovely and you are able to book in advance.
