This turned out to be wasted journey when we were told we didn’t need the patch test. However the salon looked lovely & inviting and hopefully the tanning session will be good when we arrive.
This visit was a waste of time as when arrived after travelling 50miles we were told there was no need for the patch test and therefore left immediately If this had been communicated it would have saved a wasted journey.
I never had my appointment, but need to share my experience. My appointment, scheduled for 10 days ago, was canceled a few hours prior with a message to reschedule due to an emergency. When I called to confirm, they hung up. Attempts to rearrange or visit the store failed. They marked the appointment as attended and took my payment. Treatwell's handling of this and lack of response to my complaints has been incredibly disappointing.
