Saffie was amazing! She really puts you at ease. I've had a few Brazilian waxes but this was by far the best and most painfree. I don't know how she does it! I will definitely be going back 😀

Happy with results of treatment but found therapist pretty rude and blunt. She was 30 weeks pregnant at the time so clearly tired etc but level of service was poor unfortunately.
I had an LDL lash lift. I'd never had any kind of eyelash treatment before, which I told her. I was therefore nervous and unsure of what to expect. Instead of reassuring me or talking me through what she was doing she kept telling me off for blinking/flinching/my eyes watering - none of which I was doing on purpose! I don't think anybody likes their eye area being touched but this procedure is especially traumatic in my opinion, since eyes are clamped shut for a long period.
If I'd been talked through it I would've been more relaxed.
