I mostly felt relaxed & comfortable. However it was spoilt slightly at the end by Saffie running off saying something like "I need to get the phone" (I couldn't hear as she was halfway upstairs). She shouted me up a few mins later saying it was finished. It felt rushed & I wasn't finished, I booked a package including eyebrow wax, which hadn't been done. We already ran over time & I had somewhere to be, so I didn't mention this. But this finish to an otherwise great experience let it down for me
