Staff were lovely but a little disappointed with the end result of the blow dry as felt flat and not the bouncy blow dry I had hoped for.

Asked for a trim with no layers and received a terrible, wonky, butchered haircut! Hairdresser did not listen to what I asked for and gave terrible customer service when I was not happy with the result. Extremely outdated and inexperienced salon.
