My therapist was Palavi who didn’t seem experienced with a back, neck and shoulder massage. Not sure what oil was used but it wasn’t calming or scented. I could hear other costumers chatting away. I asked the masseuse to stop about halfway through because I didn’t feel relaxed or comfortable.

Great vibe and good professionalism but, due to my eyebrow and eyelashes being dark I exchanged it to a nail removal. Which was quite barbaric due to it passing the closing time. She started jabbing at my nail bed and ended up destroying them and creating a horrible sensitive nail bed. She was sweet bless her but, the nail removal technique
