This was my second visit to Lux, both times were fantastic, always made to feel welcome, the treatments were on point, great ambiance, very relaxing, Palavi was amazing, fantastic masseuse, I will be back in the future, thank you for a great experience 🔥🥰

I recently had the pleasure of visiting Lux-laser-beauty-clinic, and I cannot recommend it highly enough! From start to finish, the service was exceptional. The staff, especially Rebecca, were incredibly professional, attentive, and made me feel comfortable throughout the entire process.
I underwent two treatments, and I am thrilled with the results. I went from having a 41-inch stomach to now proudly sporting a 37-inch stomach. The quality of care provided by Rebecca was outstanding.

manicure was unprofessional and the finish isn't at all what i asked for. the beauty therapist was nice, but she made comments about my appearance that made me uncomfortable and the atmosphere was not at all welcoming, especially with various staff members (including a rude man i assume is the manager or owner) all chatting about customers in another language.
