I booked here using a groupon voucher and I wish I’d seen some of these reviews before going. A man in a suit welcomed me at reception then proceeded to do the facial himself. He was trying to hard sell other options almost from the beginning. He didn’t use gloves for the whole treatment and his hands smelled badly. The products used didn’t seem good quality and I was left with a cheap face mask on for 15 mins ‘to relax’ with lots of noise in the background.
