Booked two extra treatments
He decided which treatment I was getting
Totally confused me offering all these alternatives .
I said I want the treatments I booked .
He said the treatment was better
The treatments I got were not what I needed , he did fat loss when I needed wrinkle treatment.
Waste of time and .money

They avoided my booked treatments as short staffed .
Offered so called better treatments .
I then stated I want the booked treatments, he then chose to ignore my requests I booked a treatment for dark under eye , he gave a wrinkle treatment.
I booked wrinkle treatment on stomach, he gave fat reduction which I don't need, needed wrinkle reduction
Totally ignored my wishes and did not assess them

I had a sauna/spa experience with facial. I aaded on a full body massage.
Sauna/spa was single use for me, however no lock on the door so I was glad I was wearing a bathing suit. The option to play some music would have been great to add to the experience in the sauna/spa. Being able to use the spa bath as a jacuzzi would have been epic.
Facial was good with great attention, my skin glowed.
However the best thing was the full body massage. I chose the aromatherapy massage.
