Me and my husband booked in for treatment was carried out really well and we opt for dry sauna with the treatment. When we come out dry sauna we were accepting shower as you know in dry heat you will sweat and will not like to put clothes on. we asked the lady who did our treatment due to language barrier she put both hands up as if I don’t know. When we got dressed went up to reception the owner was on phone. He looked at me at said all good? We both said no bad service he ignored us was rude
