Lux laser beauty center has very clean and professional. The management always ensures that the customers always get good friendly service and home environment. I felt at home during my visit the therapist was running slightly late but she specially came to me and apologise to me when it's my time of appointment. I was treated with lovely Asian tea 🍵 while I was waiting. During my treatment I found therapist a asha very efficient and considerate. She is an asset to the your business.
Deep Tissue Massage
Poor service. Had to go elsewhere for treatment.
Issue: booked appointment 3 days prior. On arrival told that my booking had been taken out the diary, consequently beautician told she could go home and so nobody available to do my treatment. I had not cancelled the booking and on my treatwell account booking was still present and pending. Owner stated that treatwell had cancelled booking, although could not provide any proof of this or explain why it was still pending on my treatwell account.
