unfortunately it was a pretty uncomfortable experience.
after explaining that i had booked a Brazilian not a bikini wax a few times she still was super reluctant to do it and seems to only succeed in gluing my fanny together with wax rather than actually removing any hair. ended up having to get another wax done somewhere else after finally prying my flaps apart
there's also a pretty creepy man that acts like he owns the women working there.
uncomfortable at best.

So happy I chose Lux! I booked for the Hollywood and half arm wax and both lovely ladies did such a good job as well as making me feel welcomed. My hair is very coarse and stubborn but they took their time waxing and made sure I felt very comfortable during the process. I recommend coming here and I will definitely be returning again, thank you x

Not as relaxing as had hoped as felt pressured to go for a more expensive treatment than what I’d booked. Declined and enjoyed the treatment chosen.
Microdermabrasion
Would not recommend for acrylic extensions or gel nails. Really messy and poor quality. Very disappointed. Paint is blotchy in patches and uneven. Very messy finish. Will not be returning.
