So the ratings mostly speak because of the treatments. The staff were amazing no complaints there, they were lovely and very friendly and made us feel welcomed.
We enjoyed the massage, it was really good. Definitely worth it.
The facial wasn’t great, it felt rushed and didn’t really do what we expected. Also the pedicure, was poor, I have regular pedicures and normally all the skin becomes smooth after, this one made no difference to my feet. Was disappointed.

Friendly staff and lovely clean salon, but staff doing treatments were very inexperienced and possibly unqualified. Gel removal was done incorrectly causing damage to nail beds and cuticles. Nail polish was not done neatly and chipped off by next day. No nail cutting, filing, or cuticle treatment was done as part of the treatment either. Heels completely untouched during pedicure leaving dead skin still there after.
