I booked a restyle and blow dry, I had conditioning treatment in, which ended up costing £25, no one had actually informed me of the price before offering it. I wish I had been informed it was expensive or I would have said no. There was also discrepancy about having my hair blow dried with curls, apparently that was extra, but no one has ever charged me extra when I’ve already paid for a blow dry. Normally that’s included? The lady was very nice though. Just not happy with extra costs
