Lovely beautician who made me feel very welcome. Great for a Christmas treat!
Great service, selection of colours and manicure was fab. Staff were friendly and attentive. Pedicure had not dried completely within time frame and smudged a little by the time I got home, also had a few scratches from foot scrub. Otherwise fab, mani pedi lasted ten days, would recommend and attend again.

Didn't like:
The up-sell technique, its fine offering extra services. But not when the that it isn't included in what I have already bought and not telling me if there is an extra charge. They offered waxing and threading to shape the eyebrow and didn't tell me that threading has a supplement cost. They offered shellac but luckily informed me before that it was £36 pound extra.
Was not prepared for the wax and the area could have been set-up a little earlier.
The girl doing my treatments got permanent eyelash black dye on my t-shirt. I wasn't too bothered about it until:
At the end of the treatments they were trying to get me to pay when I had already payed online in advance, which I had to find proof on my email to show them this. Not very professional. Additionally got upset that it was pre-paid and I had chosen an alternative method of eyebrow shaping which was only £2 extra, bearing in mind that they had already spilt black dye chemicals onto my t-shirt earlier.
Anyway, I gave them the £2 even though they said it didn't matter anymore. But the damage was done, I'm not going to a place to relax and feel good about myself when they act like like I was trying to leave without paying and got hung-up on £2 on a service which they didn't inform me wasn't part of what I had already paid. Its the small things, which is a shame as it is a good location for me.
