Really lovely salon and such friendly staff! I’ve been coming before going away over the past 2 years. BUT this time they did the manicure, which took longer than usual. I then waited 50 minutes for someone to do the dipping powder which then took 30 mins. Overall I was there for just under 2 hours for a 45 min treatment and missed seeing friends.
Great staff but very slow and the treatment they also filed my nails down to the absolute shortest they could be, quite painful and unnecessary!
I’ve been a customer of Lavish Nails for about 2 years and am disappointed in recent weeks after they opened after the latest lockdown. I have made several apppintments via Treatwell and each time i’ve either had to wait upwards of 30 min as other people without appointments got attended ahead of me. I even had to reschedule in one instance as they were accepting walk ins and not honoring my appointment time
