My overlays, were of gel. It has been 5 days and the gel on one of the nails has managed to chip off, the whole gel. This should not be happening.
As for the pedicure she painted my nails extremely wonky. I Have pictures to prove both of these treatments came out faulty. Very dissappointed. Cos I paid a lot for this.
Booked an appointment for eyebrow threading and once I arrived at the location was informed that they only had waxing available until the afternoon. I decided to just do the wax, they were nice enough to return the price difference. I just had a short wait, the area was clean and quiet; my only problem was I specifically made clear I wanted just a clean up. Any time I tried to peek in the mirror the technician would assure me the eyebrows look fine, until she finished and to my horror she had made my eyebrows way too thin and short, she took off my arch so I now have thin straight eyebrows.
Good manicure overall. Could do a more thorough job on pushing back cuticles. Despite asking, it is perfunctory. Also, cleanliness of the work station could be improved. Too much dust and bits from previous customers. The manicurists are efficient and do a good job.
