This was an incredibly smooth process, the wax was the right temperature and the whole thing was over, very painlessly, in 15 minutes. She was very friendly and chatty so the wax seemed to be over very quickly. My only downside was that a bit of wax dripped on my leg - but this was very minimal compared to the very efficient wax process!
