Lack of attention to detail and adjusting and improvising to suit each individual. Their customer experience/interaction needs work. The massage was passable; the room was setup while I was in there waiting, I wasn't offered a robe or any privacy and the technician didn't direct me in any way. The massage table didn't have a hole in it; there was just a travel pillow for supporting my head and neck. It was beyond dismal!
