Great quality, more expensive than other venues, however I don't mind paying for quality. Alice did my gel infills and I have to say they are the nicest I have had in London. They are very thin and natural, she paid attention to detail and I can tell they will last. The place itself was modern, chic and clean. I had to wait about 15 minutes for my appointment as they were very busy which is a little frustrating as I had booked and it was a nice day. Also, I was never offered a drink so was a little dehydrated on leaving- I think these little details could make for a better experience. All in all I would absolutely recommend and plan to use permanently. Thanks Alice
