The staff were quite friendly but did not prices of their treatments and needed to keep leaving to check things. Staff also did not explain the procedure, so I was expecting a numbing lotion before the piercing, however he just counted from 3 and pierced! ..Bit of a shock! One ear piercing is a little wonky - but explained that this is due to avoiding a previous piercing hole. It is not too noticeable and I am happy with the end result!
