Asked for a shape and to maintain the length but unfortunately a lot of the length was cut off so all nails made very short. Wrong colour used initially so had to be removed, which has meant there appear to be less layers in one hand (so doesn’t feel as strong, or like it’ll last) Love the colour but very disappointed by the length being cut off. Normally very impressed by this place so a little disappointed.
