I showed a picture as an example, my nails are not even close :( I asked for extensions and it is literally the same length like the top of my finger, make them look big and ugly.. asked for manicure, first I been told I don’t need and when I asked again they told me to do it at home. I booked it through the app and was written I pay only £31 instead of £33. When the woman finished with the gel powder asked if I want to have shellac said yes, so she ask me to pay extra £6 as I only payed £31 (not caring it was through the app and counts as £33...) didn’t wanted to make a fass about it there as she just didn’t wanted to understand how the app works and charges so I agreed to pay £6... when I was going to pay she told me I can’t pay with card so I have to go and take some cash....while she had the cash machine what are the end let me use. Horrible experience I felt like I can’t even say what I like or don’t so now I’m on my way somewhere else to remove it all and get something at least similar what’s on the picture (it is nothing crazy, one colour round nails) ah talking about colour, I asked for the number 226 colour she came and started to do something very different when I couldn’t hold so had to stop her and question where is the colour I choose.... I never wrote any review in my life but this was outrageous
