I go to Kensington Nail Salon on a regular basis and often book through Treatwell because you avoid the £1 credit card fee. My only concerns were that I had an 11am appointment and the shop didn't open until 11:05 - not a big deal. The other concern was my appointment was incorrectly transcribed from Treatwell to the appointment book. It was a good thing I had brought my phone with receipt with me, or else I would have gotten a regular manicure vs. two week manicure.

They were lovely and sweet people but they could not accommodate threading that day so I had to get a wax which wasn't what I had purchased on Treatwell but I didn't mind that much. Also they didn't realise I had paid online before and they seemed unsure that I had paid until they called Treatwell. But I wasn't really bothered by it. Overall very sweet and friendly staff and a good experience!

I am really happy with the service, my nails and the staff. Lady who did my nails is a really skilled professional, she explained everything I asked and did the job in 45 minutes. My nails are really nice and I'll go back there soon.

The pedicure treatment is always very good. I was greeted with coffee and biscuit. The service is professional, friendly and attentive. My nails look pretty and the feet feel smooth. The massage chair is brilliant! Highly recommend this place.
