Positive experience, I was running a bit late but they were happy to accommodate me even though it was almost closing time. The staff were friendly and did a good job. Would definitely book again.
Nice manicure. Paid another £5 to have previous shellac nails removed which was reasonable. Hard to understand instructions by manicurist sometimes as didnt speak perfect english.
The most humiliating waxing experience I have had. They should not be offering waxing treatments without the appropriate facilities. For half leg waxing, there was a chair in the corner of the (small) salon where others are facing my direction and having their nails done. The therapist said I needed to undress. I said I wasn't going to do this in public and asked if there was a room but she said that there wasn't. She then asked her colleague to get a screen. She unfolded it. It only came up to my neck (& I am short) . So I undressed and had to find a towel to preserve my dignity. Awkward to wax legs on a semi reclining chair that had to be supported by a stool as it was broken. Doing the back of the legs was a nightmare. Therapist seemed sweet and did an ok but not amazing job. I will not come back here again for waxing.
