I love this salon great experience wonderful hair dresser i have booked again

The facial was terrible, that lady didn’t have enough time for me so she literally skipped the facial massage part and went to put mask for an half an hour and then extraction. I asked her why there was no face massage and she started blaming me not checking properly even though I paid £65 for a facial which should include basic steps like massage, extraction and mask. Also, details on treat well are not accurate like classic facial is showing cheaper but when you check out it’s £65.
