The cut was technically excellent but it wasn't what I asked for and she cut much more off than I wanted. The colour is lovely but she didn't ask me what colours I wanted she just started doing the highlights and when she'd finished I asked if she wanted to see a photo of the cut I had in mind, she seemed surprised! So all in all technically excellent but they need to speak much more to their customers.

Small Friendly salon, the eyelashes were removed quickly and with ease. In and out in 10 minutes. Great job done.
