Started well - lovely reception, but was immediately told that I owed another £10 because I have what they would class as 'medium length hair'. There are no guidelines on the website, and my hair (above shoulders) has been classed in the 'short' category previously. As I had pre-paid £65 I had no choice but to pay up. Luckily I had the cash as they do not have a card machine. My personal hairdresser was a really lovely lady, but has left my highlights patchy and a different colour to the rest of them. I also showed her a picture of what I wanted the cut to be like, whereby she did not do this and commented that she could not style it as it was in the photo when it came to my blow-dry because it was different. I am unsure what to think, as the other reviews have been positive, and all the hairdressers were lovely and really made me feel welcome. Perhaps I just went on a bad day?
