I was heavily pregnant when I went in. They did not listen to me or look at my voucher so started a full head of highlights rather than the half I had paid for, so charged me extra. The hairdresser then left me in a very uncomfortable position in the sink, leaving toner on, without saying anything she disappeared for 10 mins to have her lunch.

I had booked a shallac manicure and shallac toes when I made the booking I was informed each treatment is one hour and in my case both together lasted 40 minutes if I had known all you will do is paint my toes then I would have definitely not made a mistake of booking £40.00 treatment this service I can get for less than twenty pounds. Believe me I will not only not come back to you but will make sure I let everybody as to how you cheat customers. I will make sure treatwell knows the type of service you provide
