Lovely colourist, you have to book your cut , toner blow dry separately which I haven’t had to do before so that was a little annoying as they didn’t have time then to do the rest . When making the extra payment they charged for the toner, I had to pay via bank transfer, they don’t have a pdq, and I couldn’t get reception so found that a little stressful .
