I did not have the facial. Salon rang to cancel booking minutes after I have completed the booking. This seems to happen a lot. Please try to keep appointments live. Rosie, the thearapist very apologetic and professional. I did the ratings on a previous visit as I don't think that it is fair to damage the salon's reputation due to a visit that did not take place.
