Booked shellac treatment for 7pm on Friday. I called the previous day asking if it’d be possible to add another treatment on. They very politely told me it was too late to book one but if I could come earlier it’s possible Gemma might be still around to do it. So I get there around 6:20pm. I barely waited 2 minutes before I had my nails done by Emily and was told they’d be able to squeeze in the sides of the face wax too. She did a fantastic job and was very friendly. Then immediately after Gemma did the wax treatment which was very fast and effective. Good quality of treatment and service. Was really impressed with how they accommodated me. Will go again.
