I am disappointed and frankly surprised at the lack of empathy shown to a customer who has been left with scaring as a result of your treatment. I do not want anyone to be misinformed of your services and end up in a similar position as me. I wouldnt normally do this, but i think it important to set the record straight. To clarify i had my treatment at the begining of this month and i contacted you three weeks later. The facial you gave was very invasive for my skin. I had made it clear that i hadnt had any treatments for years, so as professionals i trusted your judgement. I was not given a patch test to see whether the treatment was suitable. My skin was clean immediately after the facial. As you would expect. In the following days my skin flared up. It was sore and itchy. A week later my skin texture was very bumpy and rough and still a little sore in places. I then broke out with a lot of spots and now i am left with scaring and hyperpigmentation which will take months to fade. I am understandably very upset as it is my face that you have scarred. When i called and managed to get through to your representative. I was patronised over the deposit amount i requested to have refunded. I was told it would take weeks to refund it and that it was "only £20". My issue is your treatment. The patronising representative was the icing on the cake. I really hope you take this feedback on board and update your operations. Its disgusting.
Baljit is brilliant. She finds knots easily and when she massages the hands and feet she finds spots you don’t even know you have! The salon always smells very nicely.
