Very happy with the facial. What I can say is that their products are definitely high end brands, I have been having facials for the last 2 years at a salon in Northfield and I cannot compare it with the single facial I had at luxe.

Sara was great and she’s very quick but it would be great if hard hot wax was used on some areas rather than strip, also some hair was left after.

Massage was very relaxing, but the table collapsed mid way through which was somewhat disconcerting and made it much less relaxing!!! I wasn’t hurt but it was a fright.
