The whole process of waxing was better than expected and the place itself is lovely and really clean. However, Baljit was talking to someone on the phone throughout the entire waxing session and I found this to be quite unprofessional and uncomfortable for me - especially as it was my first time having this wax done. This was the only negative aspect from my experience and left me feeling quite uneasy.
