No one turned up, despite the fact i was called to reschedule my appointment to half an hour earlier. Was waiting for over 20 minutes before being contacted. Very clearly had overslept. Big lack of empathy and professionalism over the phone. Expect at the very least a refund. Such a shame as I was a regular but won’t be returning. Waste of a morning
