good value for money, massage therapist was lovely but a few things let them down - no hole in the towel so you breath through the towel, therapists phone rang in treatment. a few tweaks to make this place excellent value

Good value for money, brows looked great. Unfortunately, waiting area was a bit messy, half eaten bags of crisps lying over the sofa.

All the staff at Room One are really nice. Chatty and friendly. Margaret does all the beauty treatments and did a great job of my nails. I also had a facial which was nice but I felt my head could have been tilted up a bit as I was lying flat and it felt a bit awkward. Usually you have a pillow to keep your head up a bit. Apart from that I would recommend Margaret as she is really nice does not use those grinder things on your nails. She does it properly!
