As it was my first time getting my lashes done, I was a little bit nervous but Lorraine instantly took any doubt away the moment I walked in. She made me feel comfortable, she was reassuring, and very well skilled! She would constantly ask if I’m comfortable, and to let her know if I didn’t. She takes hygiene very seriously. Aside from her skills, Lorraine is an incredibly warm person, I instantly felt at home with her. I could talk to her for hours non stop! Will definitely come back to her!!
