I’ve extremely disappointed with Tina’s customer service. Upon arrival, there was her dog in the salon. I kindly asked her to move it as I have previously been attacked by a dog and so have PTSD. She refused to move it to another room and was extremely dismissive of my fear. It did not state anywhere that there would be a dog in the salon. I asked her to reassure me the dog wouldn’t approach me while my eyes would be shut, she sarcastically replied saying “do you think a dog can climb up”.
The mani and pedi is good. The ambience is so so as the owners kids listen to their phone on loudspeaker and so do the owners, so not very relaxing. If you don’t mind the noise, you’ll enjoy a good mani.
If you don’t mind the noise of the owners kids on their phone on loud speaker and the owners speaking on the phone as well, you can still enjoy a good mani and pedi. Try to come in the morning and afternoon as the evening appointments seem rush.
