Very good, waited a few minutes as there were lots of clients! But they did a great job exactly what i wanted very friendly and quick service, will definitely be going back!

What a nasty experience. The salon was nice and well decorated and the staff were polite but I had to wait 45 minutes for my appointment to start. Two others girls in the salon appeared to have to wait for over an hour. Tools were kept in barbercide so were not cleaned between uses which should have been my first warning side. My nails were filed so aggressively that it was painful, and my tech clearly was not using the right brush, which ended up in a) wasted product and b) fat and uneven nails. Worst thing is, one of my nails has lifted and is incredibly painful, I suspect might be infected. I am getting them removed tomorrow. You really do get what you pay for with this salon, but I would not suggest it.

Very quick, got me in on time and I must admit it was absolutely painless. However, I wasn’t asked before starting what shape I wanted, the woman doing it was on her Bluetooth headset during the process and she didn’t speak to me at all. At the end she said I was done, walked off and left me to check it in one of the hair dressing mirrors the other side of the room. I’ve come away with much skinnier eyebrows than I would have liked! For £6 though I probably can’t complain...

Eyelash extensions were good but I wasn’t asked how I like them before she started. The ambience wasn’t very relaxing and the woman doing my treatments was often distracted. I booked in for an eyebrow wax but instead they were only threaded.
