tiny salon with a very strong nail products smell, no chairs adapted to facial threading or space dedicated to it, you just get it done in any available seat in the hairdressing room. Average technique , left me with rash like irritation around the lips. Beautician started doing my lower lip even though I didn't ask for it and didn't need it done , not sure why as she couldn't speak English.
Facial Threading
Really bad experience. When I arrived there there wasn't anyone and after 30 min I got a call saying if I could come back a few hours later. When I went the ambience was really bad, as I was sat having my threading while some people were waiting for their laundry to finish (it is also a laundrette!) Not only that but after finishing I asked for a tissue and I was given a Pretamanger napkin! Aweful

The massage was fantastic. I was in a lot of pain and was very tense, so the trigger point aspects were a bit sore, but after the massage I felt considerably better. I've been feeling the positive impact all week and will definitely be booking another appointment soon. Would highly recommend!

Silvana is my go to Waxer in London. She is so thorough, so lovely and hoes above and beyond. Would recommend her to everyone and wouldn’t go anywhere else!

Blowdry was ok. Not as good as in other places. Products used didn't smell particularly nice.
