Had to wait almost an hour to be seen despite making an appointment and both treatments were rushed and sloppy. Several other customers were having the same issues. Would not recommend or return.

Gave myself an hour but only had time to have my gel soaked off and reapplied. No manicure, no polish. For £35 it was a bit disappointing as I had an event to go to and my nails didn't look great.

It was a comfortable environment and the staff were very friendly. Waxing was done in a discreet room and it really felt more like a relaxing experience. The staff member who did my wax made it a really quick and painless procedure and was lovely, too. Would definitely go again.

The salon was extrenely busy and waiting times were longer. People who had appointments were still waiting. I would suggest closing slots if you are busier than usual as slots were still available via the app when I booked.
