Spent the entire time trying to sell other services to me, for example insinuating my nails that I had done in a different place looked bad and that she could do a better job. Didn't make for a relaxing visit, felt like I was being pressured to take on more services
It was okay - you get what you pay for!
My haircut felt rushed, after being phoned an hour before my appointment to tell me they’d double-booked and would like to move my appointment earlier. Which I couldn’t do as I was at work.
The actual haircut looks great and my hairdresser completely listened to what I wanted. Just a bit rushed, bit clumsy with the hairdryer (knocking on my head multiple times) and letting very hot heated rollers touch my ears and cheeks!! Ouch.
