Appointment on the Tuesday and unfortunately she was running behind as a previous customer was late resulting in a 30 mins wait but she kindly agreed to change my appointment to Thursday as I didn’t have time to stay due to the delay. She was very apologetic and even though I had to wait a bit on the Thursday Sivan is a great beauty therapist and would book again but I would make sure I didn’t have anywhere to afterwards as she is very through so often over runs but I wouldn’t say that’s a bad thing! Most places are so strict on time your in and out even if they haven’t done a proper job! But I will say the nail technician who works at luxe isn’t the politest as she was difficult when I was trying to find out what the delay was!

-appointment was at 6:30, no one could start until 6:50- no apologies or explanation
-once started had to stop doing my eyelashes to finish a previous appointment leaving me there just sitting with my eyes closed
-chairs aren’t appropriate to do eyelash extensions
-whole experience took an hour, not 20 mins
-as I don’t get lashes all the time I was asking to see different lengths and suggestions. The lady could not help with there
- I asked for medium/natural I received long spider like eyelashes
