Waited 30mims for my appointment with no explanation on why it was so late, no apology was made, no offer of a drink of water in the time I was waiting and the nail person constantly bothered me to get my nails done while I waited for my wax even though I repeatedly said no. When I’m finally seen, immediately I could see that the wax used was probably strip wax or a very cheap wax used as hot wax, which I believe is not the right use of this wax. To begin with it was too cold and she used it anyway, which resulted in the most PAINFUL wax of my life!! Then she overheated it until it burned my skin. I later peeled. By this point I had already been there for a total of over an hour as she clumsily tried ripping the wax off, it took forever, she left lots of patches. At this point I kindly asked her to stop, to which she got angry at me, even raising her voice saying she was not going to finish now anyway! Being shouted at is not what you want when you are half naked. The only good thing was that I got a full refund. Do not make the same mistake I did, AVOID! Plus the back room where they do the waxing is disgusting, not clean at all. Pay a bit more and go somewhere nicer and more professional. Trust me, this isn’t worth it.

Too pricy for the service delivered.
Either need to improve it by being more meticulous and cleaner. Or need to lower the price for it to be fair.
Could also use some music and a more experienced/professional manicurist.
However, very friendly staff and lots of products available.

Appointment on the Tuesday and unfortunately she was running behind as a previous customer was late resulting in a 30 mins wait but she kindly agreed to change my appointment to Thursday as I didn’t have time to stay due to the delay. She was very apologetic and even though I had to wait a bit on the Thursday Sivan is a great beauty therapist and would book again but I would make sure I didn’t have anywhere to afterwards as she is very through so often over runs but I wouldn’t say that’s a bad thing! Most places are so strict on time your in and out even if they haven’t done a proper job! But I will say the nail technician who works at luxe isn’t the politest as she was difficult when I was trying to find out what the delay was!
