My treatment took a lot longer than expected and the technician was quite slow, but still a thorough job. Not a great atmosphere; the staff were quite rude as there was another customer who was having all the attention as she was spending more money. As soon as my treatment was finished I was told to leave; no friendly goodbyes, I was just told where the door was. Good value for money but I’d rather spend extra next time for a better experience

Really good manicure except it wasn’t dry properly as the guy was rushing to do the girl who came in next who wanted to spend a lot money! I went in the next day and they re-did the smudged nails for free :) I think I will go back

Very basic and tiny treatment room could do with redecorating. Very pleasant therapist. Treatment was excellent with great attention to detail. My only feedback was it was very slow... but thorough! Allow plenty of time.
