They took me 30 minutes late but the service was really quick. I wasn't too happy with the results (eyelash extensions too long) so the lady was happy to give it a trim and make sure I was happy with them. However, the lady next to me had been waiting for over an hour for a pedi and mani and they were a bit dismissive with her when she tried to talk to the staff, which didn't give me a good impression of this place. Good value for money but be prepared to wait longer than expected for your treatment.

Love my lashes but wasn’t the most comfortable being right next to a hair dresser using a blow dryer. But for the money the lashes are great

I went to this salon as it was local to my work place. I arrived on time for my appointment but staff had no intention of seeing me promptly or explaining any delays they were experiencing. I was made to wait 20 mins to choose my nail colour whilst the technician attended to 3 other customers. After I insisted that I had an appointment the technician asked me to soak my nails using a cotton pad with a tiny bit of acetone. After waiting another 15 mins I asked her to check my nails and she told me they still weren't ready to take off. She clearly didn't know what she was doing and I did not feel comfortable continuing with the manicure and left the salon.
The staff are too preoccupied with other clients to fulfil the booking in a timely fashion. They do not manage their workload as they agree to see more clients than they can handle. I decided to leave after waiting 45 mins for my appointment and having such a bad experience with the treatment.
If you are booking an appointment here do not expect to seen on time and to have relaxing nail experience with a competent and professional technician.
