The blowdry was great, it stayed in. However, the environment isn't luxurious or anything, and the staff will make random comments that are a bit awkward, but fine if you aren't easily offended!
Blow Dry
Eva was friendly and understood immediately what I wanted. She did the wash and cut fairly quickly but that isn't to say it was not good, it was great and if that only takes 25mins then great! I am really happy with my haircut and will be going back for sure.
Ladies' Haircuts
I have dark brown hair, went in for a full head of highlights, asked for it to look natural, and to not start directly at the roots so that the colour would softly be incorporated into my natural hair colour (obviously I was looking for a 'sunkissed' look). I ended up with bold orange tiger stripes running along my middle part and was absolutely horrified! Considering my shock, I was very polite in explaining to the hairdresser that it was nothing like what I wanted. She kept rudely insisting that I wanted highlights and that is what she did. But in no way did it look 'natural' like I had asked and I have no idea why it was orange! After some frustrating arguing, she agreed to dye the roots along my middle part back to my natural hair colour which, once blow-dried straight, looked fine. However, it was not until I got home and had a proper look through my hair that I noticed I still had thick orange stripes all through the roots of my hair. Absolutely terrible! I had to buy a home dye kit of my natural hair colour and dye over the orange roots myself. I regret going to this salon and wish I could get my money back. The worst hair experience I've ever had!
