It was okay - you get what you pay for!
My haircut felt rushed, after being phoned an hour before my appointment to tell me they’d double-booked and would like to move my appointment earlier. Which I couldn’t do as I was at work.
The actual haircut looks great and my hairdresser completely listened to what I wanted. Just a bit rushed, bit clumsy with the hairdryer (knocking on my head multiple times) and letting very hot heated rollers touch my ears and cheeks!! Ouch.

I did have to wait a fair while to be seen but I had booked very last minute and the service was so good and such good value that in the end I didn't mind the wait.

I booked a wash, cut and blowdry. Its was ok for the price. However they did not check my booking when I arrived and started washing my hair. Then to get to the hairdresser, he asked me how I would like my hair blow dried. I then had to ask for my hair to be cut. Whilst the hairdresser was cutting my hair, he seemed annoyed and was rushing through it, which made me feel that I could not trust him to cut my hair. After it was cut and blow dried. I ask if he could texture my hair at the bottom (so it did not look like a straight cut). He did not know what this meant. I then had to show him and example. They did apologies at the end for the mix up and I am happy with the cut, but the experience was not that great!
