good quality work on the nails but other than that awful - Small cramped nail desk in the middle of loud busy salon - 1 woman for all bookings (mine was only 20 minutes late but the girl beside me waited 90 minutes) - bar this one woman, untrained staff were doing nails (customer had to advise the beauty therapist on how to remove shellac) - technician was rude when i asked for coffin shape (kept saying i didnt know what it was depsite me showing her a photo)
very rude, argued with clients, horrible atmosphere - would never go again

It was OK but not great. Didn’t leave conditioner in my hair for long. The blow dry was ok but great... but expensive.

tiny salon with a very strong nail products smell, no chairs adapted to facial threading or space dedicated to it, you just get it done in any available seat in the hairdressing room. Average technique , left me with rash like irritation around the lips. Beautician started doing my lower lip even though I didn't ask for it and didn't need it done , not sure why as she couldn't speak English.
Facial Threading
Really bad experience. When I arrived there there wasn't anyone and after 30 min I got a call saying if I could come back a few hours later. When I went the ambience was really bad, as I was sat having my threading while some people were waiting for their laundry to finish (it is also a laundrette!) Not only that but after finishing I asked for a tissue and I was given a Pretamanger napkin! Aweful
