Wax was too hot and when I asked her to turn it down she told me I was being sensitive. I was scarred for two days and in so much pain, and she didn't even take all the hair out. Not impressed.

The haircut and blowdry were fantastic - I brought a photo what I wanted it to look like from when this cut was previously done on me, and this came pretty close to replicating it. They also checked back during the treatment that what they were cutting off was meeting expectations, so I was quite pleased! The only negative thing was the washing experience - that could have been handled with a little less roughness, I did feel like my head was sometimes unnecessarily jerked around in a manner that I've not experienced before. I'd definitely come back as value for money is really good, especially for the central location, but will mention this next time!
Ladies' Haircuts
Fantastic and attentive staff, did a wonderful job on my blow dry and listening exactly to how I wanted it. I even got a glass of prosecco! Cannot fault them!

Zara threaded my eyebrows. She did a great thorough job. The salon was clean and the experience was relaxing.
