Staff are friendly though there was some confusion over the length of my hair and the fact I wanted it washed. The quality of the blowdry was amazing; the stylist clearly had a lot of experience. Do bring cash otherwise it's a £1 credit card fee (though they kindly waived this when I explained I didn't know about it).
